SOPHOMORE (2016): Competed in all four regular season meets and The Sun Conference Championship for the Fire...Became just the second athlete in school history to qualify for three national championships in one year (Cross Country, Indoor/Outdoor Track).

FRESHMAN (2015): Competed in all five regular season meets for the Fire and The Sun Conference Championships...Earned a berth in the NAIA Cross Country Nationals...Ran her season best 18:53 5K at the Royals Invite.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four year letterman in track and cross country...Named first team all-conference, team MVP and won the conference championship all four years.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Daniel and Marcia Kaster...Favorite athlete is Mo Farrah...Favorite teams are the Brewers and the Bears...Has volunteered at the Dream Center and Relay for Life.
